I got my best pic of a laughing gull at Fernandina Beach in Florida.

I saw this bird today, with a few other geese, at a pier in Union County, NJ. This one was a bit smaller, but I would have still said Canada goose. But Merlin gives Cackling goose. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
