What Bird Is That Forum

I saw these birds today at South Mountain Reservation in Essex County, NJ. None are good pics Any help would be greatly appreciated

The first two are Blackpoll and the third is a Magnolia still at least partly in first winter plumage. Thought they were out of that plumage by early May, but this one you can still see the grey band one.
