Last one for today.. I saw this bird at the South Mountain Reservation in Essex County, NJ. Merlin picked up Eastern wood pee-wee and an Acadian flycatcher. Not sure if this is either.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For my own education, what did you see to get there? The primary projection and the slight tuft?
Thanks.

Agree - long wings/primary projection and minimal eye ring.
