I'm going to short change you by offering my two cents worth of opinion. The throat appears whiter than the breast and there's no visble barring which makes me lean toward Loggerhead. The date and location aligns better with Loggerhead too, Northern Shrikes should be well out of range at that time of year. I think.

I have never seen a Northern but have seen plenty of Loggerheads. If I drove by this bird perched in my county, I'd mark it as Loggerhead based on GISS / vibes and not give it a second thought.

I agree with Loggerhead. I have never seen one, but the eye mask looks wide to me and goes across the top of the bill. The bill appears shorter than expected for a Northern and is all black.
