Confirming an American Dipper and a Red-Naped Sapsucker

I'm virtually certain I have these IDed but just want to get other people's ideas as there's something that is having me second guess myself on both. For the Dipper it's where I've seen them before and I was sure when I saw it it was another one. The picture though makes the head look like it has a bit of crest which I've never seen and the coloring seems a little lighter than normal. On the Red-Naped I'm guessing it's just an immature one as the neck has some red but still a lot of white. The other's I've seen have much more red on the neck so just making sure this isn't something else. Thanks!

You are correct on both. The dipper is a juvenile.

I'm jealous, I chased both of these near Santa Fe NM Last winter and missed both. :(
I think I had already used up all my luck for that trip on the Varied Thrush. The Canada Jay's were the highlight of the trip though....
