Grey bird grooming in immature plumage

Need help identifying a bird? Please post your question here and if possible include a photo. Also let us know where and when you saw the bird. Grey bird grooming in immature plumage

Caught this one grooming itself in Avon, CO today. I'm guessing it's an immature bird in the grackle/blackbird family without its adult plumage?
