Old Whatbird

Post by Kevin »

@Charlie Spencer, is the tips and tricks for new birders available on the way back machine? I'd so it could be added here. We might check for any members we have forgotten to contact.

Alright I'll do it as soon as I'm on a computer.

Dude, I'm insulted by the question. Do you think I just post stuff to the Internet without keeping the originals? What kind of n00b do you take me for?

Send me a private message with your e-mail and I'll send them to you.

I can't think of a response that isn't an insult. :|
Any way, no need to send it to me, just posy it in the NA section and I'll pin it.

Actually, I'm having trouble finding some stuff that I posted to the old forum.

I may have thought it wasn't important because it would always be there.

My username on the Whatbird site was TexasCobra. I have chosen to retain that identification on this site. I am primarily a photographer of birds and other wildlife from my location in the Central Texas Hill Country. I also pursue subjects such as weather, sky, landscape, garden, pool, motorsport & automotive, travel, architecture, history, metalwork, art, archaeology, travel, etc. I rarely photograph people. I do not consider myself a birder.

You may find me on flickr.com as austexican718.

Is it okay if some of us consider you an honorary birder?

Either way, your photos rock!

Three of our four canines are AKC champion Bouvier des Flandres. The fourth is still a puppy and has yet to enter the show ring. Her time will come. Thanks for the reply :D

Honorary is a fine distinction. Thanks for the comment on my photos. :)
